How do you price your work? Can I tip my tech?
We use simple flat-rate pricing. This means you get one price upfront, with no surprises or hidden fees—no matter how long the job takes! Our minimum fee is $299. Tips are never expected but always appreciated if you feel our tech did an outstanding job!
Do you give free estimates?
We charge a $40 trip charge/diagnostic fee for our visit to give you an accurate, upfront quote (good for 30 days). This helps cover our time, travel, and expertise. We sometimes run promotions to waive this fee, so be sure to ask when you call the office!
How can I pay?
We use a simple payment schedule: 50% deposit to book your job, and the rest when we’re finished. Big projects have an extra 30% payment halfway through job completion. We accept most major payment types: cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. Checks are accepted under specific, pre-approved circumstances.
Why can’t I get a quote right away?
We know you want a price ASAP! But every repair is different. We can’t accurately price a repair, like fixing wood rot on a windowsill, until we see the actual damage. We have to check the time, materials, and complexity in person to give you a fair, accurate price.
Do you guarantee or warranty your work?
Yes! We guarantee our work with a 1-year warranty on all labor and installation. We stand behind our craftsmanship. (Materials themselves are covered by their own manufacturer warranties.)

Absolutely! We are a registered Georgia LLC with a current Marietta business license. We are fully insured up to $1,000,000, so you can have total peace of mind while we work on your home.
